From Struggle to Serenity: Transforming Negative Feelings into Positive Energies

Uncovering the Roots of Your Negative Emotions and Learning to Embrace Love, Joy, and Peace

I wanted to talk to you today about negative emotions and feelings and how they can impact our lives.

It's common for people to think that it's okay to indulge in negative emotions and feelings, and there's this popular new age phrase to "go with the flow". But I think this phrase can be misleading. What flow is this? It could be a negative flow if someone is in a negative state of mind, or it could be a spirit-driven flow if they're in a more balanced, even, and aligned state.

Ideally, every person wants to move with a spirit-inspired flow, but how can that happen if they're filled with anger, guilt, hatred, remorse, sadness, self-pity, and so on?

When I work with clients, I often find that if they have a lot of negative emotional energy stuck in their physical and etheric organs, it's because they indulge in these negative emotions and feelings, thinking it's the right spiritual thing to do or that they're being in touch with their feelings. But our emotional body is not meant to be abused this way. It was created to allow us to feel a connection with the Univerese/God/Creator and to experience the feeling nature of our existence, like love, joy, peace, harmony, serenity, tranquility, and more. If we're too busy indulging in negative feelings, how can we allow our emotional body to fulfill its true purpose?

I know some of you might be thinking, "Wait, are you saying I can't experience all these human emotions?" And my answer is, what's your definition of being human? Does it mean experiencing misery, guilt, jealousy, and depression? That doesn't sound like a fun planet to be on. Being human is about experiencing the Universe on the physical level and allowing Divinely-created feelings and emotions to move through us. The only thing stopping us from experiencing and expressing these beautiful feelings is us and our upside-down perspective on what being human is all about.

Now, I know that while we're here on earth, we'll have lessons and challenges and negative emotions will surface. But that's part of the process. The goal is to learn how to move beyond these negative emotions and truly experience the Universe in our hearts and souls. And that's where shadow work comes in.

Shadow work refers to exploring and understanding the parts of ourselves that we repress, deny, or try to hide from the world. This includes our negative emotions and feelings. By doing shadow work, we're able to uncover the root of these negative emotions, process them, and release them. This helps us to give less power to negative feelings and emotions and to attune more to the Divinely-created feelings and emotions.

So, indulging in negative emotions and feelings can cause negative energies to be unconsciously directed towards other people or even ourselves, which is how we attack ourselves. Over time, these negative energies can manifest as diseases if they're lodged within certain organs in our bodies.

To stop attacking ourselves, we need to learn how to move beyond negative emotions and feelings and that's where shadow work comes in. By exploring and understanding these parts of ourselves, we can process and release them, leading to a more balanced and aligned state.

I hope this was educational and helpful. Let me know how you feel about this.
