How much time do I need each month?Â
You will need around 2–3 hours a month for the recorded lessons, meditations, and worksheets.
The live Q&A session adds another 60 minutes, and replays are always available.
Is this suitable for beginners? Â
Yes. Whether you're completely new to inner work or returning for deeper healing, the Blueprint is designed to meet you exactly where you are.
 What if I can’t attend the live Q&A calls?Â
No worries. You can submit questions in advance and I’ll address them during the session.
Recordings will be uploaded, so you’ll never miss the answers or insights shared.
What if I want more personalised support?Â
You can choose the Standard PLUS (1 session/month) or Premium Tier (2 sessions/month) for private coaching.
These give you deep, 1:1 support in addition to the full Blueprint curriculum.
Can I do face to face sessions if i'm in Singapore?Â
Yes. If you're based in Singapore, in-person sessions are available at my practice location.
For all international clients, Zoom works beautifully.
Can I upgrade later?

What is the refund policy?
Due to the nature of the digital content, refunds are not available.
